Alexander Tedja
President Commissioner

Born in Medan, on September 22, 1945 and domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia.

He has experience in film and cinema industry at PT ISAE Film since 1972, PT Pan Asiatic Film since 1991, and PT Menara Mitra Cinema Corp since 1977. Prior to his appointment as the Company’s President Commissioner, he served as the Company’s President Director in (1989-1998).

Alexander Tedja has been serving as the Company’s President Commissioner since June 30, 1998. He was reappointed as President Commissioner based on the Resolution of the EGMS on June 25, 2019 for the 2019-2022 working period. 

 


Dr. Dyah Pradnyaparamita Duarsa,MM. MSi
Independent Commissioner

Born in Yogyakarta, on July 4, 1958, and domiciled in Denpasar, Indonesia.

She completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies and earned her Doctoral degree in Medical Study from Udayana University, (1985). She served as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University, Denpasar, and she serves as a lecturer at Udayana University since 1985 until present.

Dr. Dyah Pradnyaparamita Duarsa, MM. MSi has been appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since February 23, 2009. She was reappointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Resolution of the EGMS on June 25, 2019 for the period of 2019-2022.

 


Ir. Richard Adisastra
Commissioner

Born in Medan, on May 30, 1953, and domiciled in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering from North Sumatra University, Medan, 1981.

He has been joining the Company since 1984 and held various positions, including serving as the Advisory Board of the Civil Engineering Study Program at University of Krisna PETRA (2019-present). Member of the management in PT Widya Mandala foundation (2017-2021). then held position as President Director (2005-2016). Prior to joining the Company, he had a career at PT Cremona Mulia (1975-1977).

He has been serving as Commissioner of the Company since December 1, 2016. Then he was appointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the EGMS on June 25, 2019 for the 2019-2022 term of office.
