As an event with a rigorous and independent judging process, the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards holds a strong reputation within the property industry. At the ceremony held on 21 November 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk won two major categories: “Best Mixed Use Developer” and “Best Hospitality Developer.” 

These recognitions were also reflected in its development projects. Pakuwon Mall Bekasi Superblock received the award for Best Mixed Use Development, while Pakuwon Residence Bekasi won two categories: “Best Mid-End Condo Development (Greater Jakarta)” and “Best Mid-End Condo Landscape Design.” 

With a total of five awards brought home this year, these achievements further affirm Pakuwon’s commitment to delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces that are relevant, adaptive, and of high quality.
