Pakuwon Jati reaffirms its position as one of Indonesia’s leading developers by receiving the 2025 Indonesia Popular Brand Award in the Property (Housing and Township) category at the Disway Awards 2025. 

Founded by Dahlan Iskan, Disway is a media platform that serves as the foundation for the Disway Awards 2025, an award event recognizing the most popular brands across more than 50 industry categories. The assessment is conducted through a collaborative survey by Disway Group and Infovesta, using the Multistage Area Random Sampling method with a Top of Mind Awareness parameter. The survey involved 19,000 productive-age respondents across 20 major cities in Indonesia. 

The award was presented during the Awarding Ceremony held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Ballroom of Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. This recognition underscores the strong public trust and reputation Pakuwon Jati has built through its commitment to delivering high-quality residential and township developments.
