Surabaya, June 10, 2026 – PT PakuwonJati Tbk (the “Company”) has received the “EDGE Champion” award from International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, in recognition of achieving 1,059,745 square meters of EDGE-certified building area across six assets owned by the Company and its subsidiaries in Surabaya and Jakarta. The award recognizes the Company’s commitment to implementing green building standards and advancing sustainable property development.

The Company’s EDGE-certified assets include the Office 88 Kota Kasablanka and Prudential Center office buildings, as well as Kota Kasablanka Mall, Gandaria City Mall, Pakuwon Mall 2 Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza 6 shopping malls. Together, these EDGE- certified buildings cover more than one million square meters. In addition, the Company’s other office buildings, namely Pakuwon Tower Jakarta, Gandaria 8 Office, Pakuwon Center Surabaya, and Pakuwon Tower Surabaya, have also achieved Greenship Gold certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). With these achievements, all of the Company’s office buildings are now green building-certified. In total, the green building- certified area of the Company and its subsidiaries represents approximately 41% of the Group’s total asset area of 3.2 million square meters, comprising shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels.

As part of the Company’s sustainability roadmap, the target coverage for green building certification are as follows:

  • 2026: 50% of the total existing asset area
  • 2030: 66% of the total existing and future development area
  • 2033: 80% of the total existing and future development area

These certifications reflect the implementation of sustainable building standards encompassing energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, improved indoor environmental quality, and carbon emissions reduction. In linewith this commitment, the Company continues to expand the use of renewable energy through the installation of solar panels across several mixed-use properties and townships to enhance energy efficiency and support more environmentally friendly building operations.
