PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) posted a net income of Rp 4.62 trillion in 2015, an increase of 19.4% from the previous year to Rp 3.87 trillion. While last year\'s gross profit rose 23.7% to Rp 2.67 trillion. Net revenue is derived from two sources namely recurring revenue and revenue development. Composition impartial income recorded in 2015 respectively 50%, amounting to Rp 2.31 trillion. In the period from 2014, the revenue grew respectively 29% and 11%, that each amounting to Rp 1.78 trillion and Rp 2.08 trillion. "Recurring revenue derived from the company, among others, an increase in revenue all Pakuwon retail shopping centers both in Surabaya and Jakarta," said Director and Corporate Secretary Pakuwon Jati Minarto Basuki in its official statement to Investor Daily in Jakarta, Tuesday (29/3). He explained that the cost of revenues rose to Rp 1.95 trillion from Rp 1.71 trillion. While the comprehensive profit in 2015 reached Rp 1.41 trillion, or 4% lower than in 2014 which reached Rp 1.47 trillion. "Beyond the factor of foreign exchange losses and penalty mandatory convertible bond redemption in 2015, our comprehensive profit for 2015 still grew 18.8% compared to 2014, with increases in net income and gross margin," said Basuki Minarto. Base Growth in 2016, more Minarto said, Pakuwon Jati is committed to continue to strengthen the recurring revenue base this year. Additional recurring revenue for 2016, among others, will come from the retail shopping center Tunjungan Plaza 5, the expansion of Super-block Tunjungan City recently completed.
