PWON Agree to Pay Dividend 20% of Net Profit 2022

JAKARTA, 27 June 2023 – In annual public expose hold after Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (“Meeting”) in Sheraton Grand Gandaria Jakarta, Minarto, Finance Director and Corporate Secreaty of the Company expresses that the Meeting has agreed dividend distribution of Rp 313 billion from 2022 result, equivalent to 20% of Rp 1.539 billion net profit attributed to parent company. 

Minarto further explained that dividend of Rp 6,5/share is the Company commitment to the shareholders. 

2022 Financial Performance

PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) recorded Net Revenue in 2022 of Rp 5.987 billion, 4,8% increase from last year of Rp 5.713 billion. Gross Profit this year is recorded at Rp 3.219 billion, 16,5% increase compared to last year of Rp 2.764 billion. While EBITDA of Rp 3.272 billion is 12,2% better than last year of Rp 2.916 billion. Net Profit is recorded at Rp 1.831 billion, 18,1% increase from last year of Rp 1.550bilion. 

 

 

Company achieved Rp 3.870 billion in Recurring revenue in 2022, 43,5% increase compared to that of 2021 at Rp 2.698 billion. The breakdown for Recurring Revenue is retail mall at Rp 2.641 billion, 37% better than last year of Rp1.931 billion, office leasing Rp 300 billion, 13% better than last year of Rp 266 billion dan hospitality revenue of Rp 929 billion, 85% better than last year of Rp 501 billion in line with recovering economy in 2022.

Development revenue in 2022 amounting to Rp 2.118 billion, decreasing by 29,8% compared to last year of Rp 3.016 billion.

 

Revenue per segment consist of revenue from retail leasing 44%, hotel dan serviced apartment 15%, office leasing 5%condominium 24%, landed houses sales 11% and office sales 1%.

 

Marketing Sales in 2022 is booked at Rp 1.500 billion, a 5% growth from last year of Rp 1.434 billion.  As high as 51% of the total sales comes from landed houses, 42% from the condominium and 7% from office sales.

Capital expenses in 2022 of Rp1.004 billion is spent for funding the construction of Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, Pakuwon City Mall and renovation of Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta and Solo Baru as well as to buy landbank.

 

1Q 2023 Financial performance

PT Pakuwon Jati (PWON) recorded net revenue Q1 2023 Rp 1.385 billion, 5,9% better than last year of Rp 1.307 billion. Gross profit this year recorded at Rp 747  billion, 10,2% better than last year of Rp 678 billion. Net profit is recorded at Rp 658 billion, 61,0% better than last year of Rp 409 billion. 

Capital expenses spent by the Company in Q1 2023 amounting to Rp 511 billion to fund the construction of Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, Pakuwon City Mall, Pakuwon Mall Jogja and Solo Baru renovation, and the purchase of hotel Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta (185 rooms) , as well as the purchase of landbank.
