PWON’s AGM Agree To Pay Rp 626 Billion Dividend For Fiscal Year 2025

 

SURABAYA, 11 June 2026 – PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (Meeting) at Aloft Surabaya Hotel. During the annual public expose held after the Meeting, Minarto Basuki, Finance Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company stated that the Meeting has agreed to pay dividend distribution of Rp 13/share amounting to Rp626 billion from 2025 result. The dividend distribution is equivalent to 26.7% of Rp 2.35 trillion net profit attributed to parent company that shows the Company’s long-term commitment to shareholders.

Throughout 2025 PWON booked yearly net revenue for 2025 at Rp 7.11 trillion. Gross Profit recorded at Rp 3.94 trillion, EBITDA of Rp 3.71 trillion and an Adjusted Net Profit of Rp 2.92 trillion. 

The Company recorded net revenues of Rp 7.11 trillion, representing a 7% increase from Rp 6.67 trillion last year. This growth was primarily supported by recurring revenue which comprises of a 14% increase of revenue from retail malls from Rp 3.43 trillion last year to Rp 3.93 trillion, revenue from office leasing of Rp 273 billion, a 26% decrease from Rp 369 billion last year, and revenue from hospitality of Rp 1.42 trillion, a 2% increase than last year of Rp 1.38 trillion. Meanwhile development revenue remained stable from Rp 1.48 trillion last year to Rp 1.49 trillion.

Capital expenditure for 2025 amounted to Rp 1.21 trillion, and was mainly used to fund Superblock Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, Pakuwon City Mall Surabaya Phase 3 and Pakuwon Mall Surabaya Phase 5 construction project.

PWON delivered a stable performance in the first quarter of 2026 amid increasing global economic uncertainties, supported by the continued strength of its recurring income portfolio. Total Revenues reached Rp 1.65 trillion, representing an increase of 6% compared to the same period last year of Rp 1.56 trillion. Gross Profit rose 10% to Rp 941 billion, compared to the same period last year of Rp 857 billion. EBITDA grew 10% from Rp 834 billion last year to Rp 916 billion.

Capital expenditure for 1Q2026 amounts to Rp 164 billion, was mainly used to fund Pakuwon Mall Surabaya Phase 5 construction project.
